Athletics

Sports are about more than the game—they’re about teamwork, confidence, and community. Each season, kids in Lebanon, Sweet Home, and across Linn County join our leagues to stay active, learn new skills, and build friendships that last beyond the field or court.

Fall Sports

Flag Football & Volleyball

The fall season kicks off with two popular choices—flag football for kids who want to experience the excitement of the game without contact, and volleyball for those ready to learn teamwork and court skills. Both sports help kids build coordination, confidence, and friendships before the school year is in full swing.

Winter Sports

Basketball

Basketball is our largest program, running in both early and late winter sessions to meet high demand. Players learn fundamentals like dribbling, passing, and teamwork in a supportive, structured league. With strong community participation, basketball brings families together across Lebanon and Sweet Home every winter.

Spring Sports

Volleyball, Track & Indoor Soccer

As the weather warms up, kids can choose from volleyball, track, or indoor soccer. These programs encourage speed, agility, and endurance while giving kids the chance to try new sports. Spring athletics are great for building well-rounded athletic skills.

Summer Sports

Softball, Developmental Baseball, Coach Pitch, T-Ball, & Sports Camps

Summer brings America’s favorite pastime—baseball and softball. From t-ball for beginners to developmental leagues for older kids, players learn the basics in a fun, low-pressure environment. Seasonal sports camps also provide structured activities to keep kids engaged, active, and learning throughout the break.
